-Carlotta & Team will then send you a list of trusted suppliers according to needs.
Further mentoring /consulting calls or face-to face meetings are not included in the service.

Please note that all orders placed before 1pm will have that day included as a working day, all orders placed after 1pm the first working day will be classed as the next day after the order is placed. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account any possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 24 hours except for sale periods where it may take up to 48 hours. All UK deliveries usually arrives within 3-5 working days, however, please allow up to 7 days.
All UK deliveries are FREE unless opted for EXPRESS 1-2 working days delivery will be charged at £5.99
Apart from the standard delivery option, all other delivery options require a signature upon delivery of the goods, If you are not in to receive the goods then a collection card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your local depot if you fail to collect your parcel then the items will be returned back to us and you will have to pay for the postage of your goods again.
CG will refund your returns shipping cost should you wish to return or exchange your item.

INFORMATION ON IMPORT DUTIES
For customers in the EU, US & Canada, prices for each item are shown as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that when shopping from carlottagherzi.com (and you are shipping to an address in the US/EU) or shopping from boutiques outside of Canada (if you are shipping to an address in Canada), all import duties are not included in the price you see online and you will receive a duty bill from the shipper to receive your item.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility where they apply. If so you will be contacted once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Alternatively, you will be required to make a payment of import or customs duties upon delivery. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for the goods to be released. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred by CarlottaGherzi.
carlottagherzi.com ships to EU, US and Canada using DHL/Ups/ Fed ex and you will be able to track your order at any time. We are aiming to provide more delivery locations soon.
You may return your order for free, for any reason, within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund. And we’ll collect your return via our logistics partners. Please see our return policy for further info.
We are unable to redirect orders once the merchandise has been dispatched.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like BESPOKE OR MADE TO MEASURE goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for our Digital Downloadable patterns, illustrations or attended courses (online or in person at London Location) unless cancelled 24 hours before ( this applies to courses only). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
